Since 2016, we have been responsible for the production of Glasgow City Heritage Trust’s (GCHT) annual reports as part-time team members within the Trust.
GCHT needs its annual reports to be more effective at showcasing their city-wide projects supported by the Trust’s Grant Programmes. The main hurdle was gathering and presenting data from various GCHT team members in a consistent and timely manner.
We got to work to make things smoother. We simplified the data collection process with a user-friendly form, ensuring that we got complete and on-time information. Beyond that, we used our writing skills and collaborated with designers and photographers to make sure the reports looked great.
Our efforts brought about a positive change. Instead of dull descriptions, we shifted the focus to impactful stories through case studies and visual statistics. Now, GCHT’s annual reports are engaging and effectively communicate the Trust’s mission. They’ve become a valuable tool for showing how GCHT is making a difference in preserving Glasgow’s heritage.
