In the summer of 2023, Milnbank Housing Association (MHA) faced a significant challenge. Their staff lacked the capacity to create content for their new website while handling their existing roles.

MHA needed compelling website content for over 30 pages but had limited in-house resources to dedicate to this task. They wanted to use their website to communicate their services and show how connected they are to the community.
